The management of TLL is responsible for compliance with all legal frameworks for the protection of personal data.
If you contact TLL via web form or e-mail, TLL will store the data you provide for the purpose of processing your request and subsequent communication between you and TLL. Without explicit consent, this data will not be passed on.

3. data storage
TLL would like to point out that to enable a comfortable user experience as well as shopping process in the webshop of TLL and for the later contract handling by the webshop operator the IP data of the connection owner are stored by means of cookies, as well as:
- First name, last name
- delivery and / or billing address, city, country
- telephone number, e-mail
- Method of payment
Personal data is processed exclusively for the provision of the business purpose. This is the fulfillment of contractual obligations pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO and the fulfillment of legal obligations pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c DSGVO.
If you as a contractual partner do not want to provide your personal data necessary for the fulfillment of contractual obligations, the conclusion of the contract or the execution of the order may be impossible under certain circumstances. An existing contract can no longer be performed under these circumstances and may have to be terminated.
If any processing of personal data goes beyond contractual or legal obligations, TLL will obtain your separate consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. a DSGVO. In the case of consent, the data will be processed exclusively for the stated purpose. Consent given can be revoked in writing at any time.
No data is transferred to third parties, with the exception of the transfer of credit card data to the processing bank or payment service provider for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the transport company or shipping company commissioned by TLL for delivery of the goods and to the tax advisor of TLL for the fulfillment of tax obligations.
After your separate and individual consent, TLL processes your data to conduct voluntary surveys and competitions.
In the event of a contract being concluded, your personal data will only be stored for the period of the business relationship and beyond in accordance with the statutory retention periods (retention period of 7 years under tax law), as long as this is necessary for the fulfillment of the purpose.
The data name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase will be stored beyond that until the expiry of product liability (10 years). The data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 Abs 3 TKG and Art 6 Abs 1 lit a (consent) and / or lit b (necessary for the fulfillment of the contract) of the DSGVO.
You as a customer of TLL are not obliged to provide data.
4. online store
As a basis for data processing for recipients located in third countries (including the USA) or for the transfer of data there, Shopify uses standard contractual clauses approved by the EU Commission (Art 46 (2) and (3) DSGVO).
TLL uses the collected Order Information primarily to fulfill orders that TLL receives through the Site (including, but not limited to, processing your payment information, providing shipping, and sending you invoices and/or order confirmations and products). In addition, TLL uses this order information to:
- Communicate with you;
- Review orders for potential risk or fraud; and
- Provide you with information or advertising related to TLL's products or services, if consistent with your privacy preferences.
The shipment of the ordered goods is carried out in cooperation with WeShip Fulfillment GmbH, Herrengasse 9, 8010 Graz, FN 482394 d, for which purpose TLL passes on the following personal data to WeShip for the purpose of shipment: Order content, first name, last name, billing and / or delivery address (street, house number, staircase, floor, door, zip code, city, country), e-mail address, if you are informed about the shipment by SMS, TLL must also pass on your phone number. TLL and the services used by TLL use the collected device information for auditing potential risks and fraud and in general to improve and optimize the website / webshop. First and foremost, it is the goal of TLL to make the offer as user-friendly as possible for you, the user. For this purpose, certain cookies are stored on your terminal device until you delete them. This is done in order to recognize your browser the next time you visit our website / webshop and thus to be able to offer you an optimal user experience.

TLL uses on the website / in the webshop functions of the web analytics service Google Analytics from Google Inc. to understand how customers use the website. The information collected about the use of the website / webshop is usually processed and stored on Google servers in Europe and, in exceptional cases, in the USA. TLL has entered into an agreement with Google for the provision of processor services.
To improve the user experience, third-party providers connected to the store use your IP address. However, this is only recorded pseudonymously. This ensures that only a rough localization is possible.
It is a particular concern of TLL to point out that the data processing is always in accordance with the legal provisions of § 96 para 3 TKG and Art 6 para 1 lit a (consent) and / or f (legitimate interest) of the DSGVO.
TLL always focuses on acting in accordance with the DSGVO and to the extent of the legitimate interest of TLL, as well as collecting the data primarily to improve the offer and the website for you as a customer. To protect your data and your privacy, your user data is always pseudonymized.
The user data will be kept for a period of 14 months.
For invoicing, TLL uses the internet-based invoicing software of Sufio s.r.o., Bottova 1, 811 09 Bratislava, Slovakia. This is an online application that can be used to create and send invoices, credit notes, quotations and other documents.
Sufio as an order data processor processes the personal data listed below within the scope and to the extent of the respective user account. In doing so, the personal data will be processed properly and in compliance with the highest security standards in accordance with the applicable legislation, in particular the GDPR.
Within 60 days after the deletion of your user account, Sufio will delete all personal data as well as all existing copies, unless the applicable legal provisions require the retention of the collected data by the controller for a longer period.
The following data is collected and processed as part of a user account:
First name, last name, e-mail address, address (street, house number, city, postal code, country), as well as data on the products invoiced and the quantity and price of the products ("personal data").
Purpose & Consent: The Personal Data is used in the overriding interest of the data subjects exclusively for the provision of the business purpose, namely for the fulfillment of contractual obligations pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO or legal obligations pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c DSGVO.
TLL has concluded a contract for commissioned data processing with Sufio(https://sufio.com/legal/privacy-policy/dpa/).

9. content delivery network - Cloudflare
Cloudflare is, trivially described, a network of several connected servers, in different countries, which improves the performance of the individual websites.
If you have consented to the use of Cloudflare before using the website / webshop, this consent is the legal basis for data processing by Cloudflare. The consent takes place according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO. The legitimate interest of TLL for the use of Cloudflare is the optimization of the online services as well as their security according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO (Legitimate Interest). However, you have the right to object to the data processing at any time.
In this regard, the Cloudflare company has implemented special compliance measures for international data transfers, which apply to all global activities where Cloudflare processes personal data of natural persons in the EU. 10 Facebook / Meta Platforms
Due to the legitimate interest of TLL in the analysis, optimization and profitability of the online offer, TLL uses so-called "Facebook Pixel" of the social network Facebook, Meta Platforms Inc, 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, California 94025, USA. If you are a resident of the EU, Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland is responsible for this. The use of the Facebook pixel enables TLL to specifically define the visitors to the website / webshop as the target group for Facebook ads by TLL.

TLL uses Gorgias to process user requests. The provider here is Gorgias, Inc, 768 Harrison St in San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. TLL uses Gorgias to process your requests quickly and efficiently.
The storage and analysis of the data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. TLL has a legitimate interest in the most uncomplicated communication possible with you as a customer and interested party. If a corresponding consent has been requested (e.g. consent to the storage of cookies), the processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO; the consent can be revoked at any time.
Gorgias, as a US provider, undertakes to comply with EU data protection law on the basis of the standard data protection clauses pursuant to Art. 46 DSGVO. In addition, TLL has concluded a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Gorgias. This ensures that Gorgias only uses the user data within the framework of the EU data protection standards exclusively for processing the requests and does not pass them on to third parties.
TLL uses Hotjar, of Hotjar Ltd, Level 2, St Julians Business Centre, 3, Elia Zammit Street, St Julians STJ 1000, Malta, to better understand the needs of its users and to optimize the offering and experience on this website. Using Hotjar's technology, TLL gets a better understanding of its users' experiences (e.g. how much time users spend on which pages, which links they click on, what they like and don't like, etc.) and this helps TLL to tailor its offering to users' feedback. During your visit to the TLL website and webshop, cookies from partner companies are also stored on your terminal device. These are temporary and permanent cookies that are automatically deleted after the specified time (lifetime 14 days to 2 years). It should be emphasized that of course also the cookies of the selected partner companies of TLL contain only pseudonymized, in most cases even anonymized data. This includes, among other things, data about products viewed, whether something was purchased when visiting the website, which products were searched for, etc.
The website as well as the webshop of TLL, use so-called re-targeting technologies. This technology enables TLL to target Internet users who have already shown interest in TLL's products with targeted advertising on the websites of TLL's partners. This is primarily to provide you, the user, with a more interesting and personalized web experience. The display of advertising on the pages of TLL's partners is based on cookie technology and an analysis of previous user behavior. This form of advertising is completely pseudonymous. To handle the dispatch, TLL works with two operators of a newsletter management system (Hubspot & Klaviyo), which process your data in Europe as well as in the USA. The legal basis for the processing of your data for the purpose of sending the newsletter is your consent (any third country transfer is based on the standard data protection clause pursuant to Art 46 DSGVO). You can revoke your subscription to the newsletter at any time: The easiest way is to click on the unsubscribe link contained in the newsletter or send the cancellation to the following email address: [email protected] TLL will immediately delete your data in connection with the newsletter dispatch. The legality of the data processing operations already carried out remains unaffected by the revocation.
To ensure a consensual newsletter dispatch, TLL uses the so-called double opt-in procedure. In the course of this, the potential recipient allows himself to be included in a distribution list. Subsequently, the user is given the opportunity to confirm the registration in a legally secure manner by means of a confirmation e-mail. Only if the confirmation takes place, the address is actively included in the distribution list.

Data security is of great concern to TLL. TLL has taken all necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the highest level of data processing security and to process personal data in such a way that they are protected from access by unauthorized third parties.
