If you now think you can just buy your healthy smoothie at the supermarket, we're sorry to say: Sorry, no way! Unfortunately, it's not that simple, because of course the ready-made smoothies often contain preservatives and too much sugar to really be considered healthy.
If you want the full effect of the power ingredients, you should reach for the blender yourself. In our colorful smoothie mix we use different immune boosting substances and special - partly local superfoods like: Flaxseed, beet, spinach, frozen berries and much more.

Carrot Apple Ginger Smoothie
Shopping list:
- 2 apples (medium size)
- 3 carrots
- juice of 1 lime
- 1 tsp ginger (freshly grated)
- A few drops of olive oil
- A dash of water
Preparation:
Clean the apples and remove the core. Clean and optionally peel the carrots. Blend with the remaining ingredients and a dash of water or a few ice cubes to make a creamy smoothie.
Green Smoothie
Shopping list:
- 1 banana
- ½ cucumber
- 2 green apples
- 2 hands full of baby spinach
- Optional: a little turmeric
- 1 tsp flaxseed
- 1 few drops of olive oil
- A few leaves of parsley (alternatively mint or basil)
- A dash of water
Preparation:
Peel the banana, clean the cucumber, clean the apples and remove the core. Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend on the highest setting for about a minute. If the smoothie is too thick for you, you can add a little more water.
Beet Smoothie
Shopping list:
- 1 orange
- 1 medium, alternatively 2 small beet(s) (pre-cooked, in their own juice)
- 1 cup frozen berries
- Some fresh ginger (grated)
- Some flaxseed
- 100 ml orange juice
- 1 tsp oil
- Juice of one lemon
Preparation:
Peel the orange and cut it into pieces. Blend all ingredients in a smoothie maker to a fine smoothie. Serve immediately.
Superfood Smoothie with Spirulina
Shopping list:
- 3 - 4 green apples
- 1 handful of grapes
- A dash of coconut water
- Juice of half a lime
- A little spirulina algae extract
Preparation:
Core and clean the apples. Blend with the remaining ingredients and the spirulina powder.
