3. data storage

TLL would like to point out that to enable a comfortable user experience as well as shopping process in the webshop of TLL and for the later contract handling by the webshop operator the IP data of the connection owner are stored by means of cookies, as well as:

  • First name, last name
  • delivery and / or billing address, city, country
  • telephone number, e-mail
  • Method of payment

Personal data is processed exclusively for the provision of the business purpose. This is the fulfillment of contractual obligations pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO and the fulfillment of legal obligations pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c DSGVO.

If you as a contractual partner do not want to provide your personal data necessary for the fulfillment of contractual obligations, the conclusion of the contract or the execution of the order may be impossible under certain circumstances. An existing contract can no longer be performed under these circumstances and may have to be terminated.

If any processing of personal data goes beyond contractual or legal obligations, TLL will obtain your separate consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. a DSGVO. In the case of consent, the data will be processed exclusively for the stated purpose. Consent given can be revoked in writing at any time.

No data is transferred to third parties, with the exception of the transfer of credit card data to the processing bank or payment service provider for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the transport company or shipping company commissioned by TLL for delivery of the goods and to the tax advisor of TLL for the fulfillment of tax obligations.

After your separate and individual consent, TLL processes your data to conduct voluntary surveys and competitions.

In the event of a contract being concluded, your personal data will only be stored for the period of the business relationship and beyond in accordance with the statutory retention periods (retention period of 7 years under tax law), as long as this is necessary for the fulfillment of the purpose.

The data name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase will be stored beyond that until the expiry of product liability (10 years). The data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 Abs 3 TKG and Art 6 Abs 1 lit a (consent) and / or lit b (necessary for the fulfillment of the contract) of the DSGVO.

You as a customer of TLL are not obliged to provide data.

4. online store

TLL uses the platform / store system "Shopify" of Shopify Inc. to operate the online store. When placing an order in the online store of TLL, you agree to the storage and processing of your personal data by Shopify. Here, TLL would like to note that your personal data will be transferred to Shopify's data center in the United States and processed. 5 Shipping

The shipment of the ordered goods is carried out in cooperation with WeShip Fulfillment GmbH, Herrengasse 9, 8010 Graz, FN 482394 d, for which purpose TLL passes on the following personal data to WeShip for the purpose of shipment: Order content, first name, last name, billing and / or delivery address (street, house number, staircase, floor, door, zip code, city, country), e-mail address, if you are informed about the shipment by SMS, TLL must also pass on your phone number. It is a particular concern of TLL to point out that the data processing is always in accordance with the legal provisions of § 96 para 3 TKG and Art 6 para 1 lit a (consent) and / or f (legitimate interest) of the DSGVO.

TLL always focuses on acting in accordance with the DSGVO and to the extent of the legitimate interest of TLL, as well as collecting the data primarily to improve the offer and the website for you as a customer. To protect your data and your privacy, your user data is always pseudonymized.

The user data will be kept for a period of 14 months.

8. billing

For invoicing, TLL uses the internet-based invoicing software of Sufio s.r.o., Bottova 1, 811 09 Bratislava, Slovakia. This is an online application that can be used to create and send invoices, credit notes, quotations and other documents.

Sufio as an order data processor processes the personal data listed below within the scope and to the extent of the respective user account. In doing so, the personal data will be processed properly and in compliance with the highest security standards in accordance with the applicable legislation, in particular the GDPR.

Within 60 days after the deletion of your user account, Sufio will delete all personal data as well as all existing copies, unless the applicable legal provisions require the retention of the collected data by the controller for a longer period.

The following data is collected and processed as part of a user account:
First name, last name, e-mail address, address (street, house number, city, postal code, country), as well as data on the products invoiced and the quantity and price of the products ("personal data").

Purpose & Consent: The Personal Data is used in the overriding interest of the data subjects exclusively for the provision of the business purpose, namely for the fulfillment of contractual obligations pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO or legal obligations pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c DSGVO.

9. content delivery network - Cloudflare

On the website / webshop of TLL the content delivery network "Cloudflare" of the company Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) is used to make the website faster on the one hand, but also more secure. Cloudflare uses cookies and processes user data. The specific services are switched between the user and the hosting provider.

Cloudflare is, trivially described, a network of several connected servers, in different countries, which improves the performance of the individual websites.

10 Facebook / Meta Platforms

Due to the legitimate interest of TLL in the analysis, optimization and profitability of the online offer, TLL uses so-called "Facebook Pixel" of the social network Facebook, Meta Platforms Inc, 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, California 94025, USA. TLL uses Gorgias to process user requests. The provider here is Gorgias, Inc, 768 Harrison St in San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. TLL uses Gorgias to process your requests quickly and efficiently.

The storage and analysis of the data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. TLL has a legitimate interest in the most uncomplicated communication possible with you as a customer and interested party. If a corresponding consent has been requested (e.g. consent to the storage of cookies), the processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO; the consent can be revoked at any time.

Gorgias, as a US provider, undertakes to comply with EU data protection law on the basis of the standard data protection clauses pursuant to Art. 46 DSGVO. In addition, TLL has concluded a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Gorgias. This ensures that Gorgias only uses the user data within the framework of the EU data protection standards exclusively for processing the requests and does not pass them on to third parties.

12. hotjar

TLL uses Hotjar, of Hotjar Ltd, Level 2, St Julians Business Centre, 3, Elia Zammit Street, St Julians STJ 1000, Malta, to better understand the needs of its users and to optimize the offering and experience on this website. Using Hotjar's technology, TLL gets a better understanding of its users' experiences (e.g. how much time users spend on which pages, which links they click on, what they like and don't like, etc.) and this helps TLL to tailor its offering to users' feedback. During your visit to the TLL website and webshop, cookies from partner companies are also stored on your terminal device. To handle the dispatch, TLL works with two operators of a newsletter management system (Hubspot & Klaviyo), which process your data in Europe as well as in the USA.
