for the giveaways "spermidineLIFE® travels the world".
The organizer of the competition is TLL The Longevity Labs GmbH (hereinafter Longevity Labs+).
Natural persons over 18 years of age are eligible to participate. The participation period for the competition is from 19.06.2023 to 30.09.2023.
Participation in the giveaway is done by uploading a photo/video on the spermidinelife.com
website, which must include at least one product distributed by Longevity Labs+ under the spermidineLIFE® brand. No other brands may be shown in the picture. Participation is free of cost.
For copyright reasons, the participant agrees to submit only photos/videos that he/she has created him/herself and are not photos/videos of third parties. In addition, the participant must ensure that any persons to be seen on the submitted photos/videos agree to the photo/video being published on social media (Instagram, Facebook) and the website spermidinelife.com. Any suspicion of manipulation or lack of rights will result in disqualification from the contest.
Longevity Labs+ will select the most beautiful photos/videos among all entries and post them on social media and, if applicable, on the website spermidinelife.com.
At the end of the competition period, Longevity Labs+ will select the three best photos/videos to win a pack of spermidineLIFE® Pro+, spermidineLIFE®Boost+ or spermidineLIFE® Original 365+. The winners will be contacted by e-mail. Cash payment of the prize and legal recourse are excluded.
Longevity Labs expressly reserves the right to make subsequent additions to the conditions of participation as well as changes. In addition, Longevity Labs+ reserves the right to terminate the competition at any time without giving without giving reasons.
