Good morning omelet
Shopping list (for two persons)
- 6 eggs
- 200 g frozen spinach
- 200 g mature cheddar cheese
- 100 g pine nuts
- oil for frying
Preparation
Mix the eggs and steam the spinach. Roast the pine nuts in a pan, then add the spinach with a little oil. Shortly after, add the eggs. Cut the cheddar into small cubes and add at the end. Melt briefly, serve and enjoy!
Hello Cell Muesli
Shopping list (for two people)
- 0.5 l soy milk
- 2 peaches
- 2 bananas
- 100 g hazelnuts
- 200 g oat flakes
Preparation
Self-explanatory: Cut fruit into small pieces. Mix soy milk, oatmeal and hazelnuts, done!
If desired, the oatmeal can be soaked overnight in the soy milk.
Ready-to-Start Pancakes
Shopping list (for two people)
- 4 eggs
- 200 g wholemeal flour
- 250 ml soy milk
- 1 pinch of salt
- butter or margarine for frying
- 200 g strawberries
- some basil
- 100 ml maple syrup
- 100 g pistachios
Preparation
Mix eggs, flour and soy milk with salt to a foamy mass, bake in butter or margarine until golden brown. Mash the strawberries, mix with maple syrup and basil and make a topping. Garnish with pistachios and enjoy warm.
Breakfast salad
Shopping list (for two people)
- 300 g broccoli in florets
- 1 apple
- 30 g sunflower seeds
- 100 g raspberries
- oil, vinegar, mustard, honey, salt and pepper for dressing
Preparation
Fry the bell pepper in oil until tender, mix with sliced apple and raspberries. Roast the sunflower seeds. Mix the dressing from oil, vinegar, mustard, honey, salt, pepper and two crushed raspberries. Garnish salad with sunflower seeds, serve and taste.
Wake up hummus
Shopping list (for two people)
- 250 g chickpeas
- 2 cloves of garlic
- cumin, paprika powder and salt
- 1 bunch of parsley
- olive oil
- 50 ml lemon juice
- 4 tablespoons sesame paste
- 100 g pine nuts
Preparation
Soak chickpeas overnight in cold water, drain well and boil for one hour until soft. Chop garlic and mix with cumin, paprika, parsley, olive oil and salt. Stir in the chickpeas and puree, season with sesame paste and lemon juice and then serve with pine nuts.
