Dear Diary,

Today my human did yoga for the first time! Well, he has tried it several times before, but I have the feeling that only today for the first time did he understand what it really means to do yoga: to bring your body and mind into harmony with each other.

It was a great experience! The gentle movements and conscious breathing brought about deep relaxation in me and my friends. I felt the state of harmony and serenity right down to my core.

I also asked my friend, the brain cell Neuro-Nora, how she felt during the yoga class. She told me that she felt a very special calm by concentrating on the movement. She described it as clarity and focus. It helped her to reduce her daily stress.

I hope my human sticks with yoga.
