spermidineLIFE® Original 365+

The foundation for 365 days of cell health.

spermidineLIFE® Original 365+ is a dietary supplement made from natural wheat germ extract with high spermidine content and serves with zinc to support the body's own cell renewal.1

Based on more than 10 years of research in cooperation with internationally renowned cell scientists, we developed spermidineLIFE® Original 365+, making it the world's first dietary supplement with high spermidine content. It was then positively tested for safety and tolerability in cooperation with international clinics and universities.2

Spermidine
Spermidine is a natural polyamine and is found in all our cells. However, as we age, the amount of spermidine in our body cells decreases.

With the help of the ingredients thiamine and zinc, which additionally protect the cell from oxidative stress, spermidineLIFE® Original 365+ optimally supports cell renewal.1,3

The role of the cell in the body.

Everywhere in our body are cells, whose functionality is essential for our general state of health.

They are the smallest unit of life, but they play a major role in the human body because a large number of vital processes take place in them.

They store certain substances, such as oxygen, and release them when needed. They also carry out their own metabolic processes to generate energy. The small power plants of our cells, the mitochondria, utilize the energy obtained from food in the blood and make it available to our body as needed. In addition, they can divide, communicate with each other and send vital signals to other cells and organs.

Different cell types - different tasks.

There are over 200 different cell types in our body, which age at different rates and accordingly have different life spans. We have described three cell types in more detail here.

Stem cells.

Stem cells can develop into any cell type in the body, and are in principle the ancestors of every single cell in our body. It is further divided into two different types: The embryonic stem cells and the adult (also somatic) stem cells. The adult stem cells are found in many tissues and organ systems of our body and are especially important for the repair and maintenance and maintenance of these tissues.

Red blood cells.

Red blood cells, or erythrocytes, are the most abundant type of blood cell and are so small and flexible that they can squeeze through the smallest veins and veins without difficulty. They have the important task of transporting oxygen throughout our bodies with the help of hemoglobin, a molecule that binds oxygen.

Bone cells.

Bone cells can be divided into four types: Osteoblasts, Osteoclasts, Osteocytes and Cover Cells. Among other things, they are involved in building up (and correspondingly also breaking down) the bone matrix, producing proteins and promoting bone growth.

Cell Care is the new Self Care.

So if we want to stay healthy for a long time, we have to take good care of our cells. Regular exercise, a healthy, varied diet, sufficient sleep and the avoidance of stress help us to keep our cells healthy. It is particularly important to actively maintain the body's own cell recycling and renewal process, known as autophagy. It ensures that harmful cellular waste is disposed of, thereby keeping our cells young and healthy. However, this process decreases with age as well, but it can be supported by a healthy lifestyle.

How can I keep my cells active?

Cells have different life expectancies: Some cells in the stomach only live for two days, red blood cells live for about a quarter of a year, and bone cells can even remain active for up to 25 years. We can help our cells reach their maximum lifespan by maintaining a natural and healthy lifestyle. Unfortunately, there is not much we can influence with regard to our health, but we can actively support our smallest building blocks, the cells.

The 6 secrets of healthy cells

In detail

A. Intermittent fasting

The process of cell renewal, also called autophagy, is initiated in particular when the supply of nutrients stops for certain reasons. These periods of food abstinence initiate a process called autophagy. This situation can be achieved at regular intervals with the help of fasting. Intermittent fasting is currently on everyone's lips. This alternates phases in which food is eaten with phases of absolute abstinence from food. How long these phases last varies according to interpretation. During the phases of abstaining from food, the cells then experience a situation of deficiency and fall back on other resources: their own cell components. This process not only provides energy but also eliminates waste products, such as defective structures. Which subsequently ensures that our cells remain renewed and healthy.

B. Going to the sauna

The high ambient temperature in the sauna triggers a multi-stage heating phase in humans, which is known as hyperthermia (overheating). During this process, the body temperature rises by about 2°C. This is enough to boost our metabolism enormously. The total energy metabolism increases by up to 40% as a result. This effect can be observed particularly well in the skin cells, where cell renewal runs at full speed during this time. Scientific research results have also shown that heat stress optimizes so-called heat shock proteins, which are required to support the formation of new mitochondria. Mitochondria - the so-called "power plants" in your cells - supply the organism with energy. Several studies show that sauna sessions strengthen the new formation of cells. If you want to know more about this, just stop by our blog.

C. Sufficient sleep

Scientific studies have shown that during deep sleep greater amounts of growth hormones are released, which support physical regeneration. In fact, these hormones accelerate the rate at which the cells of the top layer of the skin begin to divide each evening. This allows wounds to heal and generally regenerates the skin. This also ensures that a lack of sleep is quickly apparent in the skin: wrinkles look deeper, you get dark circles under your eyes, and the skin generally looks a bit sallow. But other organs also suffer from too little sleep. Studies have shown that the body cells in our brain and our immune system are particularly active while we sleep. Protein synthesis and cell regeneration run at full speed and new nerve cells are formed in the brain.

D. Healthy Eating

Our body, like any other living being, needs a source of energy to be able to live. This energy is absorbed by us in the form of food. But food not only serves us as a source of energy, it also gives us the necessary building blocks to regularly replace used cell material and to build up various body components. This means that a balanced diet is the key to healthy cells. Nutrition experts usually recommend eating according to rainbow colors, preferably plant-based, as well as regional and seasonal. That this is not always possible is clear to most of us. Here it can help to resort to dietary supplements to support a healthy diet. That these do not replace a healthy diet, must be aware of each of us.

E. Exercise regularly

Motivating ourselves to exercise is not always easy, but regular exercise at least motivates our cells to renew themselves. If you look at the inside of the cell nucleus of leukocytes (white blood cells), for example, the chromosomes that contain our DNA are stored here. Each individual chromosome carries so-called telomeres at the end of its DNA strands. These protect the DNA, but they also shorten with each cell division, leading to the natural aging of the cell. Researchers have found out, however, that with the help of exercise, telomeres can be lengthened again and cell aging can thus be significantly reduced. In particular, endurance training and weight training contribute to a positive effect. But important: regularity is the key here.

F. Individual nutritional supplements

Food supplements do not replace a healthy and balanced diet, we must all be aware of that. However, a healthy and balanced diet is not always possible, so dietary supplements are the optimal accompaniment. They complement our diet and give us the opportunity to provide our cells with even more healthy resources. However, with all the nutritional supplements on the market, it is easy to lose track. Here you will find an overview of our products. Our innovations focus on the essentials: our cell renewal.¹ Healthy cells. For a healthy life.
